- if only they kept the 0870,0844 free calls on the monthly allowance.and not to change the tariffs all the time.puts off a lot of people
- General Opinion:
- i been with o2 for 10 years.the reception is all ways the best.
where i work the reception is a full bar.but other networks none.
i find the service is getting better,even when its busy time ,the average waiting time is about 1 min or less.
vodafone is the worse reception and cost more money and its a rip off.

- i have been with orange,did not get the help i reqired.at o2 if online great help and in the shop everyone very helpfull,no rush just good service. i will always use 02.

- Been with O2 for all my contracts, they are the best. They take care of their existing customers not just their new ones. Quality phones, service and tariffs.

- The best network I've been with so far, a pleasure to deal with. Have been with Vodafone poor service, T-Mobile never any signal and Orange give me a phone that
works. So thank God for O2, no issues and a phone that works.

- i find this an ok service but i got bad service from the customer service department about sorting out a better tarrif but got no help at all i have now decided to change my contract to someone else.

- I've been with O2 for about 3 years now and they've been very good.
Good customer service when i lost my phone and have had no problems
with coverage or billing issues.
