- Dialaphone where great, got my phone really quickly and I got offered a really
good deal. Got my phone and PSP, saved me having to buy myself one after xmas.

- Poor customer service it's all automated and you can't talk a real person at all and cash back offer very hard to receive back. nearly impossible

- Bad Bad ordered two phones one a 12 month contract and one a 18 month contract. Mainly because they had a cash back offer but when i went to claim it back just got my bill returned with no money and was told it was the out of date.
Had bother with the both phones cause they had weak reception even when other phones had four bars i had none. Personally i think they are selling reconditioned phones but can't prove this so don't quote me on this as its just my opinion.

- I have used Dial-a-Phone for years, and as long as you are very clear what sort of contract you are getting into, you will be fine. The cheap line rentals require a bit of effort to claim the cash back which comes off your mobile phone bill-thought it would be straigth into my bank account-but have had every claim processed ok. Phones arrive promptly. Customer service not bad. They will try to match deals so use your consumer buying power!

- forget to tell you although you have 14 days to try your phone you cant open it or even look at it in the box or you have yourself a contract

- i was lied too and was stuck with a contract for a year customer servise is so bad i could never get in touch sent back all my bills to claim my months free and never got any money back this was my first contract and it has put me off for the rest of my life if you are lookin for a phone dont go to dialaphone please very poor if they had said sorry it would have made a difference but they dont care as long as they have got you

- I have had no problems with Dial-A-Phone. They do not have the best customer service in the world, but it's not bad either. I have had some real problems with Carphone Warehouse and e2save, so I switched to Dial-A-Phone who were cheaper. I also got my phone on time, so I am happy!

- I asked for a phone on an O2 network and needed to transport my existing number. They said that was fine and that I'd have to call O2 when the phone was connected, but when I got the phone and it was connected, O2 said they couldn't transport the number for a dial-a-phone customer, and dial-a-phone knew this already. I contacted them and after much ado, they told me to return it within 14 days. I did so and they sent me the phone again and told me I had to see out my 12-month contract

- Used Dialaphone for the first time and ordered an Sony Ericsson mobile phone. Really good service. Excellent customer service. Received my first cashback promptly. Would definitely use Dialaphone again.

- I ordered a nokia 7373 from Dialaphone on a Vodafone contract, best deal on the web, easy ordering and it arrives next day. What else do you want?

- I've had no problems with Dial-A-Phone, and have been very pleased with the service I have received. I didn't like the LG Chocolate mobile phone, so I changed
without any problems.

- I have used Dial-A-Phone to renew my yearly contracts over the past 5 years. I never had any problems with delivery or the new phone and the cash back goes smoothly too. I was surprised to hear bad reviews. Of course, it is only when you have problems with your phone or other things, that you really see how good the customer service is.
