T-Mobile Pay Monthly
T-Mobile Flext
Flext is the amazing flexible mobile phone tariff from T-Mobile. Flext is different to than other tariffs because it gives you an allowance which you can use in any combination you like on voice calls, voicemail, texts and picture messages to any UK network at any time. So it doesn't matter if you make loads of calls one month, while next month you send lots of texts and picture messages, because with Flext you're covered.
You are given an allowance each month e.g. £180 worth of allowance for £30 on the Flext 35. You use that allowance on any combination of minutes, texts, voicemail or pictures message. You don't have to decide in advance! Use your allowance however you want.

About T-Mobile
T-Mobile is the UK network of T-Mobile International, one of the three strategic growth areas of Deutsche Telekom AG. Over 86 million people throughout Europe and the USA use services provided by companies in which T-Mobile or Deutsche Telekom hold a stake, making us the only mobile provider with a seamless transatlantic proposition.
T-Mobile network
We currently have more than 16 million customers in the UK and this number is growing every day. To ensure our network can cope with increasing demand, we sometimes need to expand the capacity of existing base stations and, where necessary, build new ones.
T-Mobile safety measures
We take every precaution in building our network safely and responsibly. This goes beyond fulfilling our legal obligations and includes:
- Adhering to the Mobile Operators Association's Ten Commitments to best siting practice
- Operating at the more stringent public exposure guideline levels set by the International Commission on Non-Ionising Radiation Protection (ICNIRP)
- Adhering to the national and international safety guidelines set by Ofcom
- Funding research into the potential impact of mobile phones and base stations on public health
- Minimising the impact of our network
We know some people are concerned about the health and visual impacts of base stations and masts. We treat these concerns very seriously and strive to balance the needs of our customers with the wishes of the wider community.
We always aim to make the least impact possible by:
- Working with local councils when we construct new base stations
- Sharing sites with other mobile operators
- Installing antennas on existing structures like buildings, telegraph poles, lamp posts and telephone boxes
- Currently about two thirds of our antennas are on shared sites and existing structures.
If a conflict does arise, our dedicated community affairs team works through it with the community involved.
T-Mobile Pay As You Go
T-Mobile U-Fix
- Get a monthly allowance like pay monthly - top up if it runs out like pay as you go
- Choose from the latest popular phones - many are FREE
- Special plans for heavy texters
T-Mobile U-Fix is a combination of Pay As You Go and contract tariffs. U-Fix gives you free texts and calls for a set monthly fee, but also allows you to top up when you want.
T-Mobile U-Fix is perfect for parents. It lets you give your children the phones they really want without breaking the bank. And because they have to top up if they use all their allowance, you'll never get a monster bill.
T-Mobile U-Fix mixes the best bits of pay monthly and pay as you go.
You get the value of a contract with a choice of the latest popular phones, plus a monthly minute and text allowance. And if you use up your minutes, you can top up if you want to - so you're always in control of your spending.
Everyone
If you want to call everyone at anytime at 12p per minute
Mates rates
If most of your friends are with T-Mobile 5p per minute & 5p texts
Text Appeal
If you send a lot of texts then text appeal is for you at 3p per text.
T-Mobile UK Phone recycling
Don't let your old phone lie around gathering dust when you can get up to £80 by sending it to Fonebak to be re-used or recycled.
Aside from getting some extra cash for your piggy bank or your favourite charity, you can rest easier knowing you haven't contributed to the estimated 1,500 tonnes of annual landfill from discarded mobiles - and someone in a developing country may be able to make use of your phone.
Keen to take part? It's easy. Once you've worked out how much your phone's worth, find out how to recycle it in just three steps.
T-Mobile UK Safety and environment
T-Mobile UK are dedicated to protecting our employees' health and safety, and operating our business in an environmentally responsible manner.
Preventing pollution and minimising the risk to our employees are our two biggest priorities and we plan to tackle these over the next 12 months by:
- Using resources more efficiently
- Assessing and managing significant occupational health and safety risks
- Cutting down the amount of waste we generate by reducing, reusing and recycling
- Minimising occupational injuries and ill health
- Providing our employees with training and resources so they can be healthy and safe, and so they can work in a way that doesn't harm the environment
T-Mobile Protecting Children
Making sure children can use mobiles safely is a top priority for us. We're committed to developing safety features such as Content Lock in all our services and we're a member of several cross-industry safety organisations - read more about our commitment to protecting children.
We've also developed a resource, with input from the NSPCC, which:
- provides advice for parents on helping their children understand the risks
- describes the steps we've taken to make mobiles safer

- T Mobile seems to be very poor in parts of Norfolk. If you use other networks be wary of change. Customer service is not particularly helpful. 'there is no plan to change improve network but hope you access improves--- (or words to that effect)
