General Opinion:

Extremely pleased to stay with Orange UK after 9 years. Customer service always polite, efficient and they try to deal with the problem. Also good value with roll over minutes and free insurance (Orange plan dependant). Other networks can be cheaper like for like, but I love the personal service of the Orange customer support team. I will be carrying on in August when my current contract comes up.

i have been with Orange for 5 years, at least, i have always found them great at sorting out any issues I had, which weren't that many and they were really helpfull when I lost my phone and sorted me out with a new one.

Orange is easily the best network I've been with. No problems with coverage across the UK, customer service is also extremely good. They also have great phones and plans.

Orange are great, have been with them for years. i tried Vodafone way back but they couldn't offer me the level of service that I get form Orange.

Best mobile network ever, I've have been with them all and Orange is easily the best. Support is great, I've
gotten some good upgrades as well. Can't fault them at all. I only wish I they took care of my gas bills..

Have been with Orange Mobile for about 3 years. Never had a problem, great service and I've even now joined their broadband service.
